I am a Louisiana native who has lived in Hawaii, vacationed in Alaska, and scheduled to visit my daughter in Scotland this summer.

I have four years of Home Economics training and 50+ years of cooking experience. I spend about 6-8 hours each day adding to, and trying to improve, my website at http://www.quickandeasycooking.com.

I have raised four children and have four beautiful grandchildren. I am a survivor of three major cancers and give God the credit for that.
